Mission Encouragement Ministry

Posted: September 18, 2019

There is an opportunity to serve on a Missions Encouragement Team. This would include faithfully writing (via letter or email) an assigned GIBC missionary once a month to encourage, love, & pray for them. To be a part of this team contact Erin Kotecki (erin3536@gmail.com). Help with care packages is also a need that comes up at times if you would like to participate. Thank you!

Immediate Nursery Need

Posted: August 14, 2019

Due to the double blessings of new construction & a growing church family, we are in immediate need of additional childcare help for Sunday evenings. We need extra hands in the 3 & 4 yr old room to accommodate the need to use downstairs bathrooms. We also need to open a 4th nursery room for evening services, requiring 2 more workers each week. These are wonderful needs to have, so please consider where you may be able to serve. Contact Amy Wragg (wragger@hotmail.com) for more info.

Construction in Progress

Posted: August 14, 2019

Construction continues on the upstairs restrooms. They will not be available for use until completion. For the Sunday School children (with adult supervision) there are two restrooms available in Rooms 115/116. It would be best for Kids4Truth & GHC classes to use the Fellowship Hall restrooms.

GIBC on Roku

Posted: July 5, 2019

You can watch our services on your TV using Roku! From the Roku homescreen, add the channel called “Sunday Streams.” When you open it, you’ll be asked for a code: type in gibcjupiter. You only need to enter the code the first time. You can watch live broadcasts & archived ones as well.

If your TV doesn’t have Roku built in, you can purchase a Roku Express box for around $30 on Amazon. You just need decent WiFi & an HDMI-compatible TV.

Limited Parking

Posted: July 5, 2019

Please note: While Webb Builders is pleased to let GIBC park in their parking lot Sunday mornings, their tenant, Eccentricities is now open for business on Sundays & in order to be good neighbors, GIBC attendees are asked not to park in the spots in front of their business. Parking along the Indiantown Road side of the lot (facing the street) is available, but the rest of the parking is reserved for customers of Eccentricities.  Thank you!

Lost N Found

Posted: July 5, 2019

Lost N Found & Serving the Saints Exchanges are located on a table across from the elevator. Every few weeks these items will be FREE, then what’s left will be donated. Please put full names on items for exchange so we can make sure they get to the right person. Please DO NOT bring “goodwill” type items & leave on the table saying “free”. This table is for lost n found & labeled exchanges only. Thanks!

Facility Request Form

Posted: July 5, 2019

As ministries continue to grow, to better facilitate the church campus a master facility calendar is kept for all events. To schedule an upcoming event/meeting it is necessary to first fill out a Facility Request Form on the GIBC website and await approval via email. Go to www.gibcjupiter.org under the 'Resources' tab and click on 'Facilities Request'. Please include specifics of dates, rooms, set up, and audio needs.

Serving the Saints Exchange Table

Posted: July 5, 2019

The table is located opposite the elevator in the plaza area. Please note:

  • All items must be clearly labeled with the full name of the person it is going to. (Person dropping the item off is to alert “recipient” the item is ready for pick up.)
  • Please pick up all items in a timely manner.
  • Please no “FREE” items for giveaway.
  • Small items only. For bigger items, please make arrangements for the exchange to take place in the parking lot.

Church Office Request

Posted: July 5, 2019

We praise the Lord for our active & growing church family...but it’s sometimes difficult to keep up-to-date with contact information. To help our staff stay current with your details, please take a minute to fill in the “Get Connected” form on the back page of the bulletin and include any new addresses, phone numbers, or other family information & drop your completed form in the offering plate.

Sanctuary Request

Posted: July 5, 2019

Please do not bring food or beverages into the sanctuary during worship services. Water is allowed, but only in a container with a lid to minimize/prevent spills & stains on our carpet, chairs & folks seated near you. Thank you in advance for your understanding & cooperation.
