Introduction to the Bible
Tuesdays, Aug. 28 to Oct. 16, 7-9 PM

Whitney Oxford, Instructor

The Bible unlike any other book that has ever been or will ever be. Its very existence is miraculous. It is the anvil upon which every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God is shattered. Both living & active, it restores the soul, performing its saving & sanctifying work in those who believe. It heralds the glory of God, the judgment & sacrifice for sin, the blessing of faith, & the everlasting kingdom, which is granted to servants of its Author. “The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever” (Isa. 40:8).  Register online:, cost is $20.

If after examination the candidate meets these qualifications, & is approved by the Elders, he may then be presented to the congregation for a vote of affirmation.
